Dock Levelers

Bar Lift Edge of Dock Leveler

Fast and easy to operate, JMH's edge of dock leveler is positioned by lifting a self-storing handle and pulling the handle to the dock floor. The latch assembly activates the lip forward to the floor of the trailer as the handle is lifted. When released, the handle automatically returns to a stored position. The optimum dock height for conventional trailers is 51", while the proper dock height for refrigerated equipment is 55". Refrigerated lip is optional. Widths of 72" and 78" are available.

The hydraulic edge of dock leveler recycles while the truck is at the dock with the twist of a switch or automatically upon truck departure. The hydraulic edge of dock leveler system features dual Deck and Lip Cylinders - providing smooth quiet, dependable operation. Totally enclosed, non-ventilated Industrial Electronic Motor power pack included a 4,000 P.S.I - capable hydraulic pump. Easy, Rotary Switch Activation allows one-man operation. Leveler raises and lip extends smoothly onto truck bed hydraulically. Flat Models available for pallet jack operation.

Top Of Dock Leveler

  • Raises edge of dock levelers to proper working height
  • Completely assembled; no site welding required
  • Places the (included) Bar Lift edge of dock leveler at the correct working height for the application.
  • Installs easily on almost any concrete dock without welding or expensive modifications.
  • Ensures the proper grade for freight handling thereby minimizing load spills, equipment damage and possible operator injury.
  • Available in 20,000, 25,000, 30,000 and 35,000 capacities.
